request security access as stated below:

1. Third Floor:

Kindly install access pad to the door of Judges' Lounge

2. Second Floor:

Kindly install access pad to door by the canteen

Kindly install access pads to door of the Revenue Department

3. First Floor

Kindly arrange for keypad to be installed at the exit door adjacent to
the judges elevator

4. Ground Floor

Kindly arrange for keypad to be installed to the main door leading to
the basement

5. In regard to giving security access code to clients who will be
using the court and hearing rooms...the Registrar, Mrs.
Walters-Wellington informed that she is not in agreement with issuing
access code to the users of the Court.

Regards,

Veronica Poyser

Chief Court Administrator

Received and duly noted....

Note that the Judges' entrance/exit door on the 3rd floor (near judges
elevator), needs to be addressed. The electronic closer at the top of
the door is falling off. It would be good if you could arrange with
Technology Plus to address it on their visit.

Regards,

Veronica Poyser

· Addressing the following door issues

o Matrimonial Registry entrance door – Keypad has a RED indicator
light and will not open when system is engaged.

o HCV Registry East entrance door – Keypad needs to be changed from
current model to standard access keypad. Door cannot be opened after
several minutes of activity, intermittent.

5. Basement:
